Worst experience I've ever had

The owner, Manuel, is possibly the most arrogant, rude dude I've ever had the misfortunate of speaking with. Tried to ask a question about when my account would be made, and he just copy and pasted the same pre-written message, then proceeded to tell me I wasn't worth his time and closed the slack channel.
